Obs is Crashing after 6-7 mins of streaming games

I am new to streaming and recently started a youtube channel to stream my gameplay videos on and my obs keeps crashing after 6-7 mins everytime i try to stream my games. i am having a hard time finding a solution. i have ROG strix g15 advantage edition R9 5900HX,AMD Radeon RX 6800M 12gb,16 gb ram
