What capture method are you suing? If you remove the capture from the scene, does it stop?

I'm using a video capture device and Game capture. I have used different combinations like removing the video capture device and or using monitor capture instead of game capture but it still seems to crash.

What happens if you remove them all and you just stream a black screen?

First, check to make sure your drivers are up to date. This is basically a laptop driver thing that we have little control over.

Second, find a capture method that works and use it, if you're able. Window capture, monitor capture, game capture, whichever works. I'm pretty sure one of them have to work. Aero will also affect window capture and monitor capture, and may be worth trying. Also, "compatibility mode" in window capture might also help if worst comes to worst. There are driver issues that can happen with certain laptops, but I'm not entirely sure about the conditions because it's somewhat uncommon.
