Bug Report OBS in zoom mode

I turned on OBS today and everything is zoomed, all the scenes and all the sources. what happened? Everything worked fine yesterday and i didn't mess with anything. I have been fine and dandy for the last 3 months.

game capture, window capture, chat, tip alert, follow alert all zoomed. temporarily re scaling it manually, the red frame is actually inside the game picture and i can't seem to move the frame

Then you probably changed your base resolution.

i dont even know how to change my base resolution, do you suggest I try changing it? if so what should i try setting it to?

That's the only way that this would happen.
Obs does not automatically change your base resolution.

yes i found the base resolution settings, and I did in fact changed it a few days ago. How do i fix this? do i just re-scale everything manually?

You can rescale it, or set the base resolution back to what it was.
