I'm encountering a very frustrating bug in OBS on macOS, and it seems to be somewhat new as I don't remember it being this sensitive/fragile in the past. I want to say this started happening to me around May of 2025.
Say I have a source (Image/window capture/etc, it doesn't seem to matter), and I crop it and resize it. That works great....until I close OBS or switch scene collections. Upon reopening OBS or switching scene collections, there is a chance (not sure how frequent, but it's frequent enough where it's very noticeable) where all the sources that were cropped/resized will be shuffled around, offset by quite a bit, requiring me to scramble to fix it all before a broadcast.
I tried to file an issue on GitHub but it appears that the ability to file issues on GitHub is restricted in some way as of late.
Is this a known issue? I'd provide logs, but I'm not sure where to start. Here's one:
