Question / Help OBS FB LIVE laggy with upload speed 16mbps,help

hi, i am new to OBS and watch alot of OBS tutorial,sometime i get good stream without laggy,sometime i get very lag and make my live broadcast unwatchable with same setting..i post the log,hope can help me,thx!
my upload speed stable on 16mbps
