Hello Devs of OBS, I'm here to report this weird bug in OBS where it doesn't let me choose a new output file to record. I'm trying to set it up for streaming for the first time when suddenly when I go to choose a new folder for the video files to go to, it just doesn't let me choose it. It says to browse the folder, and when I find the folder on which I want to put the files on, instead of saving it as such, it tells me to open the folder, and when I do, it I may spam the Save button for as long as I want but it will just stay there and wont make the folder the storage room for the files. I don't know if this is any OBS setting of which I'm not aware of but I'd like to have this fixed or explained to me so I can choose the folder I want to put the videos I record in.
Before finishing this text I just wanted to say that the job you guys are doing with this program is amazing, and It's unbelievable it's free because It's so much better than any overpriced program out there.
I hope you guys can help me with my doubt here, thanks for your time in reading this!
PS: Also sorry if I didn't explain myself well here, English is not my native language.

You need to add a filename into the box; if you'd like your filename to be based on the date and time you recorded it, just enter "%" (no quotes) into the box. Otherwise, just input a name.

It's asking for a file path, not a folder. We're planning to change this in the future though as it's often a source of confusion.
