Bug Report OBS+DK2 - dropping fps for periods of time

i have the latest version of OBS. i use it to preview stream/record stream my rift display so i can navigate menus/record in game etc.

DK2 requires 75fps, and with OBS recording, it will record fine at 75fps then for whatever reason, it will drop fps down for a period of time, then go back to 75.
see image below, over a 6 minute period of time.

this was on a driving simulator game, over multiple laps, so it wasn't as if there was more graphical intensity or something.
what could be causing it?

if i stopped the recording and started, it would return to normal, 75fps, then drop after 2-3 minutes.
why?

A graph like that looks to me like thermal throttling. Check your CPU/GPU temps, make sure they aren't getting too high. Also, please post a link to your last log file. In OBS select Help > Log Files > Upload last Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here. See picture for steps: http://i.imgur.com/1tOZwtC.png

last log file, https://gist.github.com/b54eb8820558c04146d6
and this is the associated graphs, this time showing gpu and cpu temps. All seems steady to me...
it's recording onto an SSD as well. if there is a bottleneck i cannot work out where it might be. The drop it fps seems to be consistent as you can see from the pattern below.

Hm, please remove the Monitor Capture source and see if that helps. Monitor Capture is pretty awful on Windows 7, even with Aero disabled.
