Bug Report OBS Crashing With Intel Quick Sync When Live Streaming

Hello. I'm new to the forum. I have been using OBS for a while and I find it excellent! I have had no issues whatsoever and delighted to say it's my favourite way to stream. Anyway, I decided try out the intel quicksync feature (been using the default x264 with no issues). However, since enabling the quick sync (did all the steps and setup correctly), OBS would crash within 15-30minutes or sometimes after 2hrs of gaming. Maybe there is a program conflicting or something small I did incorrect on my end. I have attached crash dump file.

My PC Specs: core i7 3770 (non k) GTx 670ftw, asus p8z68-m-pro, 8gb of ram, 60 gb ssd, 1tb hdd, 650w psu, basic dvd drive

Before OBS crashes, I must say my performance when playing games life PC BF4 are greatly improved vs the default x264

The following bellow is crash log, and I have uploaded my crash dump file. Thank you so much in advance, and keep up the great work on OBS! Dorian

Lastly here is my logfile that I uploaded at this link: https://gist.github.com/904067f73ca8f487cdeb

Alright sounds good! Thank you for quick response! Oh one last thing that I have tested, when I use quick sync, I can find myself on mobile through the iphone twitch app. However, when I use x264, I can't find myself until I get transcoding options (source button). I'm not entirely sure why because it was working (x264) for a while ago.
