Bug Report OBS crashing when recording/streaming gameplay with QuickSync

Help i wanna do local recording and obs keeps crashing.

GPU - AMD HD7970
CPU - i7 3770k 4ghz

If someone can give me some tips/settings for recording 1080p/30fps gameplay - pls post away :)

Also crashed when i tried to stream.

I have no problems so far with x264 , but game is getting a little bit choppy with it. Just wanted to see if its possible to stream/record with QuickSync
