OBS crashing mid game and while closing

The crash is caused by the vertical canvas.
Make sure the plugin is updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using. You may want to contact the plugin developer via its page, discussion section, or wherever the dev have set to report issues.

I GOT THIS ERROR NOW, I CONTACTED THE PLUGIN DEV BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND BACK.

It's not new error, it's same error.
A log file is also needed, from the moment it crashed. Look inside Help menu to access the folder where the log files are stored. Look for the name as it has the date and time.
The other thing it may cause this is an incompatibility with another plugin that you need to remove.
