Bug Report OBS crashes upon exiting

OBS for me loads up just fine but where I'm starting to get problems is when I actually start to cast. When I start the stream all the normal info pops up as if I'm live (ie Bitrate, Dropped frame counter, Time up etc.). But when I look at my page it is offline. Everytime I go to close OBS it gives me a crash report.

***Fixed the broadcasting issue not communicating with Twitch just by resetting the stream key, although still getting crashes every time I X out of the program.***

I should also mention that the after the crash my stream key becomes invalid once again and the stream never actually goes live unless I reset the key. Not sure but it seems related to the crashing.

Okay, so what might be a possible fix for that? I tried just uninstalling it but still getting the same crash...

And I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the filter chain.
