Bug Report OBS crashes randomly while streaming

Until yesterday, streaming worked perfectly for me but out of nowhere OBS decided to randomly crash while I was streaming and provided the following message (attached).

As far as I remember I didn't change anything in my system that could cause some kinds of driver problems.

This problem gets really annoying as I can't start streaming without the risk of a sudden crash and shutdown of my stream. :S

I really hope someone can help me fix this problem as soon as possible.

Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64Bit
i-7 4790K @4,00 Ghz
Msi Geforce GTX 970 Gaming 4G
16GB Ram

Tried with the ts3 plugin removed from obs?

This definitely looks like it's caused by the TS3 plugin.

how do i remove the TS3 plugin? my stream keeps crashing with the error message "disconnected by server" i recently downloaded windows 10 so im wondering if there are compatibility issues or is this the TS3 plugin causing these crashes?
