OBS Crashes Immediately Upon Startup

This is a recent issue. OBS worked fine on Friday, but yesterday and today opening it causes it to immediately crash. Sometimes I get the pop up asking to run in Safe Mode, sometimes not. Same with the crash report, it only sometimes generates one. I tried a fresh install, reinstalling older versions, updating all my drivers, rolling back to old driver versions. Nothing worked or changed.

At my wit's end, OBS hasn't had any problems in months and I hadn't changed anything between the day it worked and the day it didn't. Attached are the most recent log file and crash report. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you so much!

Crash involves NVIDIA based effects filters (audio filters). Consider to install compatible and stable SDK to continue to use the filters, or maybe completely uninstall it and try something else.

Recommendation origin (different crash report but I think the cause is the same):

Also, newer OBS available.
