Bug Report OBS Crash with Avermedia C027

I have reproduced this twice. OBS crashes and I have to hard restart my pc. It happens when I close OBS with preview stream on with my Avermedia C027 selected as a video source.

Everything freezes up about 5 seconds after it closes. Mouse and all.

Here is the log.

Does it crash if you turn it off before exiting? This is definitely a weird error, I'd love to have the crash dump from it.

Er... This is the only dump I could find in the roaming/obs/ folder

Is there another one somewhere else?

Btw, when I turn it off before exiting, it hasn't happened. I've messed up a couple of times and left the preview on while exiting OBS, and no crash. It doesn't happen every time. But has never happened when the preview is off.

Thanks!
