Bug Report OBS CRASH when configuring El GatoHD60??

I cannot find the dump files on my computer. They don't exist.
I'm trying to select "El Gato HD60" layer and Right Click. Then I try and select "Properties". It opens then I select Configure. After that I try selecting the option to lower the resolution for the Xbox 360 (which may be the reason my stream is terrible looking...) and then it crashes.
I have superb hardware and cannot figure out why OBS is not outputting perfect quality streams.
