Update your drivers. If you updated to the latest betas, please go back to the latest WHQL drivers, the new betas cause numerous issues.

All of my drivers are updated WHQL. IT seems the issue is reflecting around the game capture so I have switched over to Monitor capture instead.

As this crash is occurring inside your nvidia drivers when working with shared texture, it seems like a driver problem. Multi GPU / laptop setups are not very stable once you start venturing outside of simple situations (basic gaming).

Did you use the nvidia control panel to select the graphics processor properly? http://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/

Unfortunately this happens in certain circumstances with the driver, I haven't been able to confirm where specifically. I'll try to verify this with other people for that game (or maybe DX11)

For the mean time, I would suggest running SWToR in a borderless/windowed mode, and use window capture to capture instead

Yes sir, I did do it through the control panel. That was the first thing I did was to take OBS off of my intel graphics. It did work back then.

I will run it windowed for the time being. I was really hoping to have it work in game because I'm planning on doing ESO soon.

You might want to try game capture again with ESO (whenever you happen to play it) and see if it does the same thing on your laptop, and then report back again if so

I successfully streamed ESO for about an hour an a half last night with no problem. Must be a specific conflict with graphic setting within SWTOR.
