Bug Report OBS Crash Log when running Quick Sync

Note quite sure what the issue is but every time I load up CS:GO and start streaming this error occurs about 5 minutes in:

OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\syswow64\kernelbase.dll' module.

Notes:

• I followed the guides on OBS on how to set up quick sync and everything is running properly
• The error occurs whether or not I am using CBR or VBR
• I have 15 upload so the bitrates should not be a problem

Bumping - I have almost the exact same problem.

My specs are
i5-4690k 3.5ghz overclocked to 4.4ghz
Radeon R9 280x 3GB ASUS
8GB DDR3
