Bug Report OBS Continues to Crash after $200 in repairs

The issue I am having happens with all recording software. I primarily use OBS as my main recording software, but I also use Xsplit as well as my ArcSoft Showbiz software that came with my Hauppauge Capture card for different types of recordings. A few weeks ago I had a computer crash in which I couldn't start up my system. After taking it in for repairs everything on the computer is at 100%, except I cannot record with any recording software.

I have taken it back for repairs 4 different times and they have basically given up on trying to fix it. When trying to run OBS and record after a few seconds the recording crashes.

This crash dump was taken from OBS after attempting to record Minecraft. This problem also occurs when window capturing. Any help in resolving this issue is appreciated because if I don't fix it myself it will never get fixed. (computer specs at bottom).

OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at

64 bit (tried recording with 32 & 64 bit OBS)
Updated NVIDIA Drivers

Have you tried uninstalling / disabling shadowplay? Your stack trace shows it coming up for some reason, but the whole stack looks corrupted. Have you tested your CPU / memory for errors?

I am not for sure what shadowplay is so I have not tried anything with it. Also, do you have a link to test my CPU or memory for errors? Thanks for the quick reply.
