Question / Help OBS causing delay on attacks [fixed]

I've recently installed and set-up OBS on my computer. Everything has run fine and will stream well but when I do begin streaming, some strange things happen. I normally play the moba Smite, and when I get into game while streaming my autoattacks appear to have a MS problem as if my ping were to have jumped but it does not; also, activating skills works fine and are not affected by this for some reason. Not really sure what is causing it because my i set the stream and audio lower than my upload so it shouldn't be that. Any help would be nice, thank you :)

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97 and http://testmy.net/upload (be sure to pick a server near the one you've been streaming to, ideally both are near yourself, obviously).

This is the first time I've seen someone having issues streaming Smite, I'm going to guess it's a latency issue in spite of the ping appearing normal.

I fixed it, it was the bit rate. testmy.net showed the real one and that helped. Thank you :D
