Bug Report OBS and Twitch

hey guys i am trying to set up my OBS open broadcoast software, i had my setup right and after at new update from OBS and now it will not wanna work enymore, i am now trying my same settings as i had.

Settings on OBS:
bitrate: 3500
res: 1920 x 1080
Region well i have been trying every singel EU servers.
i have an internet speed at 50down and 10up
everything is at deafult in obs accept from bitrate,region and the resoulution

Pc setup:
Cpu: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7- 4790K CPU @ 4.00 GHz
Ram: 16Gb Kingston® HyperX Beast @ 2133Mhz
Mb: Asrock Z97 Extreme 6
Graphic: Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 4Gb
Hardrive: 1 x 240 Kingston SSd, 4 x 120 Corsair SSd, 2 x 1Tb Samsung and 1 external 500Gb
Cooling: Corsair H100i hydro
Psu: Corsair 1200w
Tower: Corsair 750 Obsidian
Keyboard: Logitech G910 Orion Sparks
Mouse: Logitech G502
Headsett:Logitech G430 Surround 7.1
Driving: Logitech G27 with manual/H-shifter
OS: Windows 8.1

the issue is that when i am trying to stream is that the stream loading at my stream, it says i am online but its stuck, few seconds i can people can watch my stream then it stops to load again, i am loosing my wiewers becouse of this, my friends also stream with out a single problem so i dont know what is wrong here. to sad to see i have to quit streaming becouse i am loosing wiewers since it just loading, my stream when it worked fine like a month ago i have been also looking at forums aswell to finde out what is wrong with the stream but still no results there to. can you guys please help me with this, i have been sitting here for like 3 days now to finde out whats wrong and diffrent settings but no results there either. if i have forgot more info please let me know becouse i really want to stream my gameplay.

i am getting an error when i am trying to receive the logfile, is it another way to finde the log ?

Have you only tried the one server in your broadcast settings?

nope i have been trying every single EU servers and non of them works for me, now i have been trying also shadowplay aswell just to check and the same results there to... loading randomly often, so i cant understand why my friends with lower internet speed is streaming perfect while i have good internet speed and having this issues becouse OBS was working for like perfect for like 2 to 4 weeks ago and i i didnt even touch my settings while i was on holiday hmm pretty strange..
