Bug Report OBS and FXAA (Fixed first post*)

Fixed first post*
Collided with a problem. OBS ignoring antialiasing FXAA, and ShadowPlay not ignore. record with NVENC! The problem when capturing in full screen. For example games such as Mass Effect Mass Effect 2
