Bug Report obs 0.611 Gives me high ping while streaming

sicne the new update yesterday, or 2 days ago i dont remember when, but after i did update my obs and i stream i get very high ping, from 230-416. otherwise i got 45ping, and before i updated and when i streamed i had 60-115 ping, and very decent high lags with 300 ping, (happend maybe sometimes in 1-3 games) so i wounder wtf you guys added to the new update

Nothing network related was changed in months. Most likely your network conditions changed.

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
