everytime i tried nvenc with high quality and low latency my stream was black...

I have the same problem but my VOD's post with audio and video but the video is super distorted. Not sure if I posted in the wrong section but https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/stream-video-problem.12561/
has the rest of my problems.
