Your anti spyware is breaking things. Uninstall whichever lavasoft product you are using.

I uninstalled the lavasoft product and its continuing. I do see the lavasofttcpserver64 in it aswell.

I tried again without the any form of game/capture besides images and got this

I guess the lavasoft stuff is badly programmed and doesn't uninstall properly. Try deleting the file manually (or rename it and reboot).
