Question / Help newbie user with no sound

howdy, in short im using obs to stream games to friends.
so I've downloaded an audio capture software, and it shows up on my preferences in the list. but for some reason, I keep seeing this window that does not allow me to pick an option for audio output device. i plan on streaming a lot during break, so id really wish for a solution soon. thx

I'm able to put an input device (my internal mic) but I still have the window that does not enable me to pick the audio capture software i wish to use, or any audio output

So you're unable to add any audio source, either input or output?

Probably need to see a logfile for any further suggestions.
