Question / Help Need help with my stream.

My system specs:

Ryzen 5 1600 (oc'd 3.5ghz)
RX Vega 56 8gb
DDR4 3200mhz 16gb
Asus Prime B450 Plus
1TB Samsung ssd
750 Wat EVGA PSU

The first thing I want to say is that I am still very new with streaming. I've been going threw youtube videos, forums, and articles to figure out how others set their stream up.I have learned a few things here and there but I have seemed to hit a roadblock. Here are my main problems. I am currently having a really hard time getting a good quality stream. The main problems that I notice are frame drops, and the stream quality looks washed out.

Unfortunately, that logfile does not contain a livestreaming or recording session, which is needed.
Generally though, it's best to just leave OBS in Simple mode and run the auto-config wizard from the Tools menu.
