Bug Report Monitor Capture Bug

For some reason unknown to me, or apparently anyone else, monitor capture all of a sudden cannot capture anything else in real time except the cursor. For example, if a window is open at the time of the stream preview beginning, it will stay that way. If you minimize it, then you can see the cursor make it to where the underscore is on your window, but it won't show the window minimized on the preview. Weird.
