Bug Report Minecraft Crashes with OBS and DXtory

Im assuming this is cause of the double hooking.

Only reason I use DXTory to cap as opposed to OBS is I like capping at a higher bitrate than I stream as it seems the quality turns out a bit better.

Unfortunately this issues keeping me from streaming the recording of my series as I have to pick one or the other.

Im assuming as MC is crashing and not OBS its a MC issue. Anyone know a workaround?

We will be adding the ability to record in higher bitrates than streaming in newer versions later on, for the time being if you use dxtory, you don't want to use it in conjunction with game capture. You want to capture dxtory as a video device source.

Sorry to come back so late to this.

I may not have been clear in my original post.

I want to stream with OBS and while streaming, start a recording with DXTory. Issue is, if OBS is streaming and I attempt to initiate a recording with DXTory Minecraft instantly closes. Im assuming its a hooking issue.

Recording direct through OBS works, its just the bitrate that twitch requires often leads to a poor youtube experience for the videos later.

Is there by chance a work around for this? MC is really the only game I have this issue with.

And OBS is on DXtory's ignore list.
