Bug Report Live Gamer HD c985 Incorrect Audio Bit Depth

As the title implies. I've been using my c985 for awhile now on a different computer as a capture PC. All the bit depths along the path to the HDMI out and on the receiving PC are 24bit. Looking at OBS, when it's detected it's listed as 16bits and a sample size of 48,000.

HDMI is pretty straight forward. The signal going in is definitely 24bit, but it's coming out as 16bit on the receiving PC. In the device panel on my gaming PC the device is listed as supporting up to 24bit and 48,000 as well.

Also worth noting, although a different issue. I'm streaming at 48,000Hz to Twitch. R1ch's stream analyzer it is showing 44,100Hz. Not sure how accurate it is, but that also seems to be broken.
