Laggy stream and recording while playing The Witcher 3 (in-game FPS are OK)

I'm streaming The Witcher series and I'm having problems with every title:

• The Witcher: had lags in-game and on stream + "encoding overloaded" -> started to run OBS as admin + disabled Game Mode -> problem gone
• The Witcher 2: had lags in-game and on stream + "encoding overloaded" -> couldn't solve it until reinstalled Windows, problem went away and I managed to complete the game without lags
• The Witcher 3: I'm having lags on stream while the game is smooth + NO "encoding overloaded" error -> ???

My specs:

• CPU: Intel Core i7 6700
• Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

My assumption is this situation has something to do with my two-monitor setup, but really I don't know. :(

• Main display: 3840x2160 (scale set to 200%) — used for gaming
• Secondary display: 2560x1440 (scale set to 125%) — used for OBS

Once again: I'm running OBS as admin, Game Mode is disabled.
