Question / Help laggs druing livestream

In the last time during streaming my game start to get laggy i dont know what this is .

my settings : quality 8
bitrat 2500 buffersize 2500

1920x 1080
30 FPS


my internet : 6-7 mb download
2.5mb upload

did i set my settings to high why i got lagg when i stream ?

need help !

Just the (semi) obvious... you have a 2.5mb upstream, and have the encoding set to 2500kbps (2.5mbps). Your stream is eating all of your upstream, without leaving anything for the game (or other programs that want internet-access) to use.
I'd recommend that you try dropping to 2000kbps (or even 1500) and downscale 1.5 to 720p streaming. There's also no guarantee that OBS will hard-cap at the rate you set there (I see it occasionally go above 3000kbps when mine is set to 2500 during fast-action), so you need to leave a bit more margin for error (and consistent throughput).

If you're running a single-player standalone game, 2500 may be doable. If your game is online-multiplayer, it needs some bandwidth too.
