Question / Help Lagging.

Ok so i can stream with xsplit and still have fine ping on league of legends but as soon as i turn on obs my ping goes to 800 ish any way to fix that other than connection/computer

Whats your CPU/RAM/GPU and Internet speed? Use http://testmy.net/ (use download automatic then put the info here) THEN use Upload and pick 33MB on upload to see ur upload speed.
