Bug Report "Lagging" when "streaming"

So when i use League of Legends and set it to fullscreen while using OBS it only shows a black screen. However league in game runs perfectly(which is fine). However when fixed to where even in fullscreen it correctly streams right thing(the game,not black screen) i experience "lag". The lag isent a fps drop or ping increase but more of a, in the best way i can describe it, jerky lag so to speak. It does this regardless if im just previewing the stream or not. I have tried All forms of capturing it(monitor,game,window, ect.). I have also disabled Aero and Updated all drivers for every device possible.

I would probably recommend using a bit more downscale when you only have 3 physical cores.

Thank you, this fixed the problem. Would od you think would be the max setting for me?
