Question / Help Key out the background of facecam?

I am trying to get the effect of a green screen without a green screen. Normally this would be a short youtube search away, but since I would like to do it live no one has tutorials on it so... anyone know how or if this is even possible?

You need at least a uniform colour behind you, or it will never work. Green is the best color, as it causes the least interference. But once you have that, you can enable the "Chroma key" option, choose the color and play with the settings. Then it is literally the same as any other situation where you would want to use chroma key.

Also make sure the background is very brightly lit. You won't get great results if it's only moderately lit.

Okay thats sort of what i had expected where I am it really isn't convenient to set up a green screen although I'm pretty sure I have one. Thanks for the replies though.
