Question / Help I would like to start streaming but need help with my settin

Hi Guys, well i moved last week and finally i can experience better Internet. I really want to start Streaming(Leauge of Legends) but i cant get along with OBS. It is not working properly. i would really appreciate if some1 could help me:

Acer Aspire 6920 G
-Intel Core 2 Duo processor T8100(2,1 GHz,800 MHz FSB)
-NVIDIA Geforce 9500M GS Turbo Cache
-4 GB DDR2 RAM

Really?? I kinda figured that bc of my PC. But i want to try for sure just to see how it goes. Any advice on the Settings?

Yes, get a new PC and a better Internet connection.

That may sound exceedingly harsh and brutal but I am actually kind of serious; you may be able to play videogames just fine on your hardware and on your connection but streaming puts quite a substantial additional strain on those. A strain which your aging hardware and somewhat less than perfect Internet connection simply cannot handle, realistically speaking. It's best to simply accept that there is a minimal system requirement to stream comfortably and save yourself from the disappointment.
