What do you mean by "crashing"? You mean just disconnectiong? Or does OBS actually crash?

That is a really bad CPU for streaming, by the way. It is very slow at video encoding. I recommend lowering your preset to ultrafast and your frame rate to 25fps, and maybe downscale some more. That will hopefully stop you from lagging so many frames, but I'm not making any promises.
