I can't get a smooth stream on Twitch, without dropped frames and without image pixelation.

There are no frames being lost in this log and your settings are about as maxed out as possible. Maybe if you want to link the VOD that might give a better picture of what you're talking about but I am not sure I will really have any way to improve the quality....the Twitch bitrate limit kind of restricts what you're able to do.
Of course I understand, look at those Twitch vods, there are image jumps, it doesn't look fluid.

none of those links work but it would be very important that you provide the VOD that matches the log you sent.

Hm sorry, I am not sure what the issue is with the VODs but they just show up as a black screen that I can not play through or see. I tried on multiple web browser as well as my phone but no luck. I am confident I know what you're talking about but when it comes to fast movement gameplay and Twitch streaming you are bound to have some pixelation and should never expect it to be perfect....Twitch just doesn't allow for this. My only suggestion would be to try increasing bitrate to 8000 but there is no guarantee that will work consistently as the max recommended by Twitch is 6000.

Yes this looks fine....you can't get picture perfect quality when streaming so I wouldn't stress about this too much, viewers don't really care about that level of detail anyways.
