i attempted to install obs around 2 years ago, but i uninstalled it incorrectly and some files remain. i do not know how to clear these files and cannot install obs because of it. here is a screenshot of the error message
that is software running on your computer that needs to be closed before OBS can install, it has nothing to do with your install from years ago. you can close them in task manager.
