Bug Report Hot Key Scene Change Problem

I'm using keys F1-F4 to make scene changes. I'm also using a modifier to add 4 more scene changes to the same buttons when I use the shift key. The problem is that when I hit SHIFT+F1, it will change to the scene at F1 for a split second, and then go to the SHIFT+F1 scene. The programming needs to be modified so NO single key scene changes occur when any of the modifier keys are chosen.
