Ok, so i'v ebeen using these settings for on going 3 months or so i wanna say with no issue but now all of a sudden i keep getting a High CPU usage error while streaming and i have minimal programs up, i looked at the Troubleshooting topic bout it but i've switched from nvida and such still same thing was wondering if anybody could help me pinpoint the issue?
