Bug Report Help`me

I have such problem, a font at me of Logitech G930, trouble with the OBS program when I start Live-broadcasting or simply preview in the program, the sound starts crackling and rattling. Help me to deal with this problem.

Characteristics of my computer:
CPU Name: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor
RAM: 8Gb
Video Adapter: ASUS GeForce GTX 680
M\B: ASUS Socket-AM3 + SABERTOOTH 990FX

On the SONY laptop with the i5 processor and video Geforce 740m, everything works also a sound in a font pure as I rearrange into place on the computer so I don't know that for rattle.

All drivers and programs are installed, OC Windows 8.1 that on the laptop as on the personal computer.

turn down the webcam resolution to 720p and the distortion should be gone.

I had some audio issues at the start though i can't remember what they where about, I think some distortion. Anyway I had to activate push to talk. So go to settings -> hotkeys -> enable checkbox "use push to talk". Maybe it helps.

Business here in what, a sound from Logitech G930 with distortion is heard only by me, the audience who listen to me or a sound from game from direct recording hear an accurate sound, without distortions.
Here also I won't understand in what business here.

Two thoughts:

I see,

OBS stresses components, this could be EMI (Electromagnetic interference) coming from your motherboard then routing to your USB ports.

you could try and or all of these three things:

1. Move the USB port to another place, you could even move the antenna.

2. If your G930 has a channel button, change the channel will effectively change the frequency it is communicating on, there-fore silencing the interference.

3. Another option is to enable Spread Spectrum in the BIOS. This will reduce EMI by slightly changing the frequency of the CPU.

Might need to RMA that thing, its not supposed to get interference. are you using the USB cable that came with it, since its sheilded? rear USB will work better than front for the most part even though there are more cables in the back, the USB header on the front will cross directly over the motherboard usually.

I do not know what else to tell you
