Hello pipz, im Portuguese and I need your help :)

Internet Speed: 100MB Optical Fibre


PC Setting:
Toshiba Laptop
Microsoft Windows 8
Intel Core i7 3630QM @ 2.40GHz
4GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7670M 1GB


I need your help because I want the best possible settings for this computer.
The aim is to be able to make good quality streams of CS:GO and LoL without losing FPS or fluency in the game.

Try this build viewtopic.php?f=5&t=68 enable quicksync from advanced and stream with no downscale at 30 fps

Try 4000 bitrate and stream to any close server to you other than frankfurt.

why wouldnt you suggest frankfurt server?

Frankfurt is known for being very slow and heavily congested, so people often get a poor connection to it.
