Hi, I hope I'm not out of line but I need a little guidance.
I'm looking for a software solution and I'm hoping that OBS might be it. Here's my problem, I'm running a big LED screen / video wall as a stage backdrop behind the band / performer at an entertainment venue that I do lights and sound for. What I'm trying to achieve is the ability to quickly and smoothly integrate various images and video clips (that the bands might bring at the last minute) into our usual mix of video loops and graphics, without the dreaded "desktop & mouse" showing on the screen. We are running a regular Windows 10 desktop PC with the big screen connected as the second monitor/ display and the desktop extended in dual monitor mode. So essentially I'm not actually broadcasting (yet), I'm just looking for a smooth seamless way to control and run media clips and images on a local secondary screen. So is OBS a good solution or am I totally on the wrong track?
Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
