Bug Report Guild Wars 2 Crashes On Start Stream

Anytime that I preview or start stream, my Guild Wars 2 client just crashes. I can't even open up the client without it immediately crashing. I see that there are other threads with similar issues for other games, is it just this latest update to OBS?

For some reason, my friend can still stream his GW2. My OBS 32-bit that I have not updated can still stream GW2. Just not this latest update for me. Any ideas or suggestions?
