Bug Report Graphics driver crashing when starting/previewing

None of those can be the issue.....I use a Corsair RM650 power supply, my CPU/GPU are not overclocked, I use only one GPU, I monitor its temperature constantly with MSI app, it never goes over 65 degrees, I have the latest drivers and I've already tried to use older versions.

If I use game capture my screen will stay black until I restart the PC, if I use window capture then I will get the error eventually, I run win7 pro 64bits SP1.

I streamed just fine before the last update of OBS btw.

You're kidding right? It's a MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970, I have no problems with it with xSplit, only with OBS.

Why would I be kidding? Your GPU may be defective, so you should try a different one.

How can it be defective when it works with xSplit and I just bought it? You don't know what excuses to make up because you have no idea what you fucked up in the last update?

Plenty of products can arrive partially or completely broken. In your case the card may only be partially broken - other apps which don't make use of the same features as OBS will work fine.

You also never mentioned that it only occurs in the last update. In that case, if you think it is a software problem you're free to download older releases and give them a try. https://github.com/jp9000/OBS/releases
