Question / Help Good 60fps recording setting for mac(I Need Help)

Can some one please send me some good recording setting I tried everything i could think of but its all making the video look terrible and making me get terrible frames if anyone has anything please reply here are my specs

I am using the latest version of obs studio FOR MAC i had to mention this because I have looked up so many videos for mac but none are for mac so some please help

Downscale to 720P. In recording put rate control to CRF and use a value of 20 or lower. (The lower the number, the larger the resulting file).

Use the ultrafast CPU preset.

For recording 1080p60... your machine is likely not up to it, depending on what you are trying to record.
