I've been having issues lately where obs shows just black for the "Game Capture", "Window Capture", and "Video Capture Device"(red for this) sources. Not finding how or why, I believe I found the source of the issue. When I get nothing but black on these sources I end the task of Google Chrome, it then allows me to stream those sources. Not sure why or if it does this for other browsers but does for Chrome.
