Question / Help game capture problem

Im trying stream Diablo 3, but when I do a "game capture" it doesnt seem fit on the whole screen on OBS. it leaves about 2 inches on each side of the OBS screen that are black. When I click "stretch to screen" or "fit to screen" it makes it too big and some of my D3 screen is cut off

Any help would be appreciated. i tried youtube, but everyone seems to have older versions; so I didnt come in here without actually trying a few things before

just keep pressing control c which will center it and drag the corners to the edges so it fits. i have this issue sometiems too
