So, why haven't you tried streaming yet? ;) Regardless, if you're at 1.45Mbps, you can't possibly stream at 2000 Kbps CBR.

Run an upload test here, be sure to pick a server (top of page) near you. Do the same in OBS obviously and then go with a CBR that falls within that bandwidth. Leave some room. Don't try and stream at over 80% of your bandwidth. Unless that 80% goes over 3500 kbps, in which case you shouldn't go over 3500 Kbps. Because the Twitch staff doesn't like people doing that. ;)

Secondly, the resolution you are capturing in is a bit on the low side. Any particular reason? It might simply not get across properly in the somewhat small preview window (unless you're maximizing OBS' window and it still looks pixelated).

So, go ahead and stream and see what it actually looks like. I know it can be a be daunting at first but just try. No harm will come from trying. Just try it and link us the broadcast after you're done, so we can see what it looks like and then we can try and improve it.

Also, go run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload to get a better idea of how much actual throughput you have (speedtest.net is useless for streamers); you'll need to set your bitrate lower than this result to avoid dropped frames.

If you had bothered to read my post, you would've seen I actually suggested running a test at Testmy.net. ;)

No; I tend to skip past your posts at this point, to be entirely frank.
