Bug Report Game Capture - Elgato video input in use

I am using OBS to stream my ps3 and ps4 games but when i switch scene a couple of times(like when i am switching to a pause scene and back), it says that my elgato is in use by another program. I checked all the processes but nothing is using my elgato except OBS. The only way to fix this is by restarting OBS and that means that my stream is stopping.
Please fix this bug or let me know if there is a fix already.

This isn't a bug. You need to add the capture device as a global source, or it may be considered in use from the constant re-initialization.
